2. What this website is for
The website gives information about our care staffing services and lets you contact us or apply for a job. Nothing on it is an offer to supply services. Any agreement to provide care staff is made separately, in writing, between us and the client organisation.
3. Information on the website
We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of errors. The website is general information only and is not medical, legal or professional advice. Job vacancies shown may be filled or withdrawn at any time.
4. Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and fairly. You must not:
- send us anything false, misleading, abusive or unlawful, or pretend to be someone else;
- upload files that contain viruses or other harmful code;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or our forms, or interfere with how they work;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content or send messages in bulk; or
- submit a job application on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
We may block access or take other action if we believe you are breaking these terms.
5. Contact and job application forms
Messages and applications you send us are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending a form does not create a contract, guarantee a reply, or guarantee an interview or job offer. Any job offer is subject to the usual pre-employment checks, such as right to work, references and a DBS check where the role requires one.
6. Intellectual property
The website, including its text, images, logo, design and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may view the pages and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. The website may link to other sites, such as Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Our responsibility to you
We provide the website “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of faults. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on its content, including loss of profit, business or data, or any indirect loss. This does not affect any separate agreement for care staffing services.
9. Privacy and cookies
How we use personal information, and our approach to cookies, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may change these terms and the website at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the website, and the “last updated” date shows when it last changed.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
