About the Role

Nazareth Care Services is looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our agency team and work across a range of local healthcare settings in Merseyside.

You will work alongside healthcare professionals to support people with their daily care, comfort and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting people with personal care and everyday needs.
• Assisting with mobility, meals and hydration.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in a person’s condition.
• Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Following care plans and keeping accurate records.

Requirements

• Aged 18 or over.
• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last two years.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach.
